- Introduction to Tai Chi Chuan is a class for all students who have no prior experience with Tai Chi and our School. We will focus on relaxation through postures and slow movements with balance, alignment and breath awareness. These postures and movements are easy to learn and can be practiced and applied in your every day life. This class is ideal for people who are recovering from injuries or have not exercised in a while and are looking for a gentle and easy start to restoring their health.
- B1 (First third of the form) requires completion of Introduction to Tai Chi Chuan class with our school.
- B2 (Second third of the form) requires completion of B1 with our school.

Requirements:
Please wear socks and loose clothing.
No shoes will be allowed on the beautiful hardwood floor.
